12th August is International Youth Day hashtag#IYD2024, with the theme “From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development”. SAfAIDS reaffirms its solidarity to Engage, Empower & Emancipate African Youth as resilient and digitally literate citizens. We Celebrate & Honor youth for their perseverance, innovation and courage. Despite many youth being left in the periphery of socioeconomic, politico-legal and digital spaces; they continue to strive and rise as pro-rights activists for SRHR & gender justice, climate defenders, humanitarians, artists, technology gurus, entrepreneurs & revolutionary trend-setters. “Young people must be included from birth.
