SAfAIDS “Ubuntu Means ZeroSGBV4Africa” Campaign, commemorating #16DaysOfActivism2025 and #NoExcuse4DigiViolence

🆘 They are not just statistics. They are human beings. Our sisters, daughters, mothers, brothers or sons. Digital violence is spreading alarmingly in the SADC region. Misuse of artificial intelligence, anonymity, censorship, harmful gender norms, limited digital accountability & policy mechanisms and limited survivor support are fueling digital exclusion, cyber insecurity, bullying & violence; with greatest harm to women, girls and nonbinary populations. Anti-right and -gender forces use digital violence to deny #Diversity #Equality and #Inclusion (DEI)

✅ We CAN End GBV & Femicide! #EndGBVF and End Technologically Facilitated GBV #EndTFGBV. We CAN commit domestic investment in ending all forms of GBV, and find indigenous solutions to digital violence.

🟠 Under TLivesSHARP Programme (supported by Sida) policy-makers from different Ministries in SADC Member States standup against all forms of GBV & standup for #DEI, through the SAfAIDS “Ubuntu Means ZeroSGBV4Africa” Campaign, in commemorating #16DaysOfActivism2025 and #NoExcuse4DigiViolence
