SAfAIDS #Zimbabwe in collaboration with Sonke Gender Justice, validation meeting on the “State of Zimbabwean Father’s Study Report”

SAfAIDS #Zimbabwe in collaboration with Sonke Gender Justice, with support from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is conducting a validation meeting in the “State of Zimbabwean Father’s Study Report”. Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development, UNAIDS and Civil Society Organisations, ADA Partners, including Womandla Foundation, My Age Zimbabwe, ShamwariYemwanasikana, DAWA, Padare/Enkundleni/Men’s Forum of Gender, WILPF, Inerela Zim and Media for Gender Justice are among present partners, sharing recommendations in response to Report findings on perceptions, beliefs, behaviour and attitudes of fathers towards Unpaid Care Work #UPCW in Zimbabwe. The Report provides empirical evidence & enhances knowledge and awareness on unpaid care work and its intersectionality with Gender Based Violence #GBV
