SAfAIDS participates as observer-partner in the #SADC Meeting of Ministers responsible for Gender and Women’s Affairs

SAfAIDS participated as observer-partner in the #SADC Meeting of Ministers responsible for Gender and Women’s Affairs in #DRC hosted by SADC Secretariat Gender Unit (30th May – 2nd June 2023), that reaffirmed #GenderEquality as cross-cutting in all RISDP 2020-30 pillars, and rehashed commitment of Member States to the SADC Protocol on Gender and Development. SAfAIDS support to the Gender Unit, under the Regional TLives programme (supported by Sweden), in developing GBV Scorecard & Indicators, was recognized during the meeting.
