Health Sector Budget Submission to the Parliamentary Committee on Health, Community Development and Social Services in Zambia

SAfAIDS Zambia formed part of a consortium of CSOs that included Planned Parenthood Association of Zambia – PPAZ, Alliance for Accountability Advocates Zambia, Hivos Regional Office Southern Africa, Ipas and Centre for Reproductive Health and Education, to present a Health Sector Budget Submission to the Parliamentary Committee on Health, Community Development and Social Services, for the 2025 budget. The submission analysed budget allocations in line with Zambia’s global, regional, and national health commitments; highlighting critical funding gaps and recommendations to enhance resource allocation for improved service delivery and better Reproductive, Maternal, and Adolescent Health outcomes.
