Programme Title: Youth Prison Population (Youth PoPs) Alliance Programme
Goal: The common goal of the consortium is to influence and support Inadequately Served Populations (ISP’s) networks to push for reforms and barriers to inclusive quality health & HIV rights, rehabilitation, and integration, as well as to share knowledge and best practices around how best to secure the health and HIV rights of marginalized youth prison populations in their intersectionationality. This includes promoting a regional understanding of and their implementation of SADC minimum prison standards around health and HIV and securing the effective provision of health and HIV services in prison settings and rehabilitation and reintegration policies and programs across Southern and East Africa
Timeline- 3 years from 1st August 2022- 31 December 2024 (2022-2024)

Primary Beneficiaries-Youth in prison, young ex-offenders, and those in closed settings.
Secondary Beneficiaries- People living with HIV
Geographical Coverage – For SAfAIDS (Eswatini, Malawi, and Zimbabwe with some regional components.)
