SAfAIDS, with funding support from UNICEF, is implementing a project titled “Empowering adolescent girls, young women and men for an effective, integrated gender & adolescent responsive system for HIV prevention for adolescent and young people in Eswatinii. The project is implemented under two key objectives, which are to catalyze access to CSE and SRHR by adolescent girls and young women at community level as well as improved integrated SRHR/ HIV service delivery that is responsive to the needs of AGYW as measured by user satisfaction. Through this partnership SAfAIDS, up-scaled the SAM4SRH model which was initially implemented under the Transforming Lives programme. Original data and responses sourced from the first 2 sites of the Transforming- ives programme (Lobamba and Manzini filter Clinic) with the SAM4YSRH model in place, proved that the model greatly and positively impacted service provision with regards to the youth accessing their sexual reproductive health rights. Complaints lodged by clients through the model were taken into consideration and youth friendly service were provided as per clients’ satisfaction.
